Spicerack Market Buyer Protection
At Spicerack Market, we’re committed to protecting your purchase — not just your pleasure. Our Buyer Protection Policy ensures that if something goes wrong with your order, you’re covered.
This protection applies in the event that:
-
Your item isn’t delivered
-
You receive a product that is not as described in the listing
Sellers are required to accurately represent their products, including photos, descriptions, and condition. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from its listing — and the issue was not clearly disclosed — you are eligible for a full refund, even if the seller’s shop does not typically accept returns.
What qualifies for Buyer Protection:
-
No tracking or delivery confirmation
-
Tracking shows “Not Delivered” or delivery to the wrong address
-
Item is broken, missing parts, or not as described
First Step: Try Direct Resolution
We encourage buyers and sellers to communicate directly to resolve any issues. This may include:
-
A full or partial refund, with or without returning the item
-
A replacement item at no additional cost
What Counts as Proof of Delivery
Sellers must provide all of the following for a shipment to be considered successfully delivered:
-
A valid tracking number from a supported carrier
-
A delivery status showing “Delivered” with the recipient address matching the zip/postal code (or international equivalent) on the order
If Delivery Is Attempted but Returned to Sender
If a delivery is attempted but the item is returned to the seller (e.g., due to an undeliverable address or refusal), the seller is responsible for refunding the cost of the product once it is received back.
Refund of original shipping costs is at the seller’s discretion, and may not be guaranteed unless stated in the shop’s individual policy.
Spicerack Market is dedicated to a transparent, secure, and trustworthy shopping experience. If something goes wrong, we’ve got your back.
